Bella Vita Spa LLC in Billings, MT offers waxing services and full-body spa services to pamper you from head to toe. From the moment you walk into our beauty spa, our focus is on you and giving you the best, most relaxing experience possible.

Cancellation Policy


The courtesy of at least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. The time you schedule is reserved especially for you. If you call after business hours, please email us at bellavitaspa.7@gmail.com with your cancellation details, including your name, date/time of appointment, service being canceled, and a phone number that we can confirm with you.

To ensure your appointment is secured we will request a credit card (secure and encrypted for your protection) to hold your appointment. If we do not receive a card within the same day of making the appointment your appointment will be canceled.

48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to do will result in a 50% charge of your services booked. No calls and no shows will result in 100% of the services booked. When appointments are missed or cancelled without notice, we are unable to fill the appointment times for others. Thank you for understanding that all late fees must be paid before you are able to reschedule.

Our Service Guarantee
First and foremost we want you to be happy. We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience and services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please notify us at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service was performed. The dissatisfaction must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you have changed your mind about after the service has been performed. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 3 days past the initial service date.
All services and purchases are final and non-refundable.

Spa & Salon Guidelines

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to fill out intake forms and to checkin.
Please be advised that a late arrival time will shorten the length of your session and you may be required to reschedule.

Please refrain from using your cell phone during spa treatments.

Please advise our staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. This includes allergies to oils, such as coconut, almond, grapeseed, avocado, etc, or any fragrances or essential oils, i.e. peppermint, lavender, etc. Your health and well-being are of utmost importance to us, and we will accommodate you in any way we can.

We reserve the right to reschedule waxing or pedicure appointments if the service may pose a threat due to existing skin or nail conditions.

You are welcome to wear undergarments or a swim suit during your spa treatments, however, our technicians are trained with excellent draping methods, and it is not necessary to wear undergarments if you prefer not to.

Body Scrubs & Polish Policy:

Do not shave within 24 hours prior to the service.
